According to the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment” (Ministry Order No. 4), the “Environmental Impact Report of Hebei Xingfei Chemical Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 30,000 tons of Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate Technical Transformation Project (Draft for Comment)” has been commissioned Hebei Qizheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the preparation, and is now soliciting opinions from the public regarding the environmental impact of the construction project:

The public scope for soliciting opinions includes citizens, legal persons and other organizations within the scope of the environmental impact assessment, while citizens, legal persons and other organizations outside the scope of the environmental impact assessment are also welcome to put forward their valuable opinions.

(4) Ways and channels for the public to put forward their opinions
The public can submit the completed public opinion form to the construction unit by letter, fax, e-mail, etc., to reflect the opinions and suggestions related to the environmental impact of the construction project.
